in situs with oligos?

Julia,

No problem, our lab routinely uses oligos for in situ.  The oligos are 
usually 30-60mers.  We 3' end label/tail (using terminal transferase and 
35 S).  If you need any further info. let me know and I will dig out a 
reference and send you the protocol.
