RNA secondary structure predictions - G-U pairing

One of the references in RNADRAW (a Biochemistry paper; I forget the
reference at the moment) demonstrates that G:U pairs can contribute
positively or negatively to helix stability, depending upon the flanking
nucleotides.  G:U isn't "neutral" .  The paper concerns measurements of
stabilities of various duplex sequences to come up with delta-G's for G:U
pairs.  The RNADRAW program supposedly takes these into consideration.
