Paul, do you have any idea what size your genomic product may be?  If 
your RT-PCR primers span exons, then you may be getting the genomic 
product which should be larger. Or, maybe you have a different splice 
product (which is larger).  Do you get the expected size band at all, or 
do you always get the larger product?
