Rapid hybridization buffer

Hi,
  I use rapid hyb buffer and find it to be very good. All I do is prehyb 
for about 1 hour with 10mls buffer and add the probe straight to the 
buffer. I wouldnt dilute it since the glupyness of the buffer is 
essential for efficient hybridisation. It says you can do hybridisations 
in a few hours but I think this would occur for a perfect blot and probe.
