Help for electroporation of E.coli starved cells

 I'm trying to electroporate E.coli starved cells in order to study the mismatch
repair system. For this study, I need a high efficiency  of transformation
(more than 10e8 transformants per ug DNA per mL) and my problem is that my
cells seem to not be enough competent. So I'm looking for a method which
increases the transformation efficiency by electroporation.
