Hanna,

    I guess what you want is a column in a Eppendorf size.You may try to make i
n the following way. Punch a tiny hole on bottom of a Eppendorf,plug in a littl
e cotton or siliconized glass fibre, and then make a Sephadex column. Cut off
the cap of the Eppendorf and insert the Eppendorf into a normal one. Now you ca
n spin them using a bench-top centrigue. Be careful with the spinning speed (ab
out 6,000 rpm).
