documentation and analysis of 2-D gels

Hello!

I am currently using 2-D gel separations for plant proteins.   We
currently are using a BioImage system for documentation and
analysis.    Does any one out there find other systems which  will
overlay images and get quantification data.   I would appreciate
hearing any comments on the subject.
