Separate ss/ds DNA

Hi, this may be too broad a question, but I'll ask anyway.

I want to seperate small amounts of dsDNA from ssDNA for Cot analysis
(so I only need to keep the dsDNA). I know (think!) I can use TCA precip
after digestion of the ssDNA, or HAP columns, but I wondered if there
are other methods and which one people prefer. Thanks for any info.
