Recently, I have isolated a cDNA after the screening of a testis cDNA library. The corresponding mRNA is translated in testis and in ovary tissus. To characterize the protein, I would like to work on cell lines (immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry). However, I don't know where I can find germinal cell lines. Thanks in advance Myriam
