Hi all, Does anybody have any strong opinions on the best long PCRprotocol(s):we need to amplify a 23kb stretch of human genomic DNA. Any particulars regarding primer design tricks and/or tried and true kits as well as homebrews would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help. Cal Vary
