Hi, I'm having a lot of difficulty transfecting A549 cells... I've tried: Calcium phosphate, electroporation and a variety of commercially available lipids. Does anybody have any hints/tips/tricks to get them to transfect? Note: I can successfully transfect 293 cells by all these methods as a control for my 'technique'. Robin RAWnHDG at aolcom
