Hello! I`m trying to differentiate between two dsDNA strands which differ only in one base pair.I´m currently using a silver staining method with the PhastGel system but the appearing bands are to faint and are of the same size. So can give anyone me a tip to improve the method or whether I`d better should use another method (which?). Thank`s, Matthias
