PCR Primer annealing temperature calculator

I wrote this a few years back, and it has proven a reasonably reliable
starting point for many users who need some help with primer design.
I've put it on the web so that anyone else who wants to can use it.
Please feel free to try it out, and any feedback would be appreciated.
