Hi, I used Timesave kit to construct cDNA library, It worked well for me. The most important thing is using spin column, it adopter was not remove completely, your library will be very bad. the second thing is your lamda gt11 is really OK? I hope you checked your RNA and your synthesised cDNA by 32P. Good luck! Huang
