MJR cyclers: I want opinions on...

I am currently testing a MJR cycler PTC-100 to see if we want to puchase it.  Recently 
I have read a couple of postings from people dissatisfied with the company's service 
and or one of their cyclers.  Are these oddities or is their wide dissatisfaction with 
MJRs products?  I would like to hear both sides of the story: from happy and unhappy 
users if possible.
