Colcemid or colchicine cell culture arrest conditions/method?

Hi
could anyone out there please give me a protocol for using colchicine or 
colcemid for arresting Leukaemic cell cultures in metaphase? We are 
switching from TC arresting solution (no longer available as far as I know).
If you have info on concentrations and time of exposure (including overnight 
methods) please let me know.
