Help with Digestion

I'm trying to use BAL 31 to digest the ends of my DNA to get rid of the 
telomeres, but my problem is that it contains in addition to its 
exonuclease activity a slower endonuclease activity.  Is there another 
method to do this?  Or at least a way to stop the endonuclease activity?
