single cell RT-PCR

Hi,

I have a question about RT protocol for single cell RT-PCR. We use a 
10 min rt - 20 min 42C - 5 min 99C protocol with 50U of MMLV RT H 
plus. Does it makes sense to make the reaction for longer time or to 
use more RT enzyme to get better reproducibility?
