Does anybody have experience with CSTFA RNA extraction and purification method? We usually use Chomcinsky's phenol extraction from about 20 rat adrenal capsule, but now try to isolate larger amounts for further polyA+ preparation and I wonder wether UC through cesium gradient has any advantage?
