Can someone point me in the direction of some refernces which deal with abundance of messages in ideally a mamalian cell. What are the ball park percentage figures. eg high intermediate and low and what numbers of transcripts per cell this corresponds to etc. Thanks Tim King tking at sghms.ac.uk
