Help! Protocol for electroporation of V. faba guard cell protoplats.

Does anyone have a protocol for efficient electroporation of guard 
cell protoplasts isolated from Vicia faba, particularly to load different 
high molecular weight fluorescent dyes?

     Anu information would be appreciated.
