Gibco BRL "Genetrapper" screening method

Hi,

I have been trying to isolate a rare clone from a cDNA library.  I've read
of a library enrichment method from Gibco BRL's product literature called
"Genetrapper" cDNA Positive Selection System.  In this method, the library
is enriched by hybridization to a specific biotinylated probe and captured
on streptavidin-coated paramagnetic beads.  I am curious to know if the kit
works and is worth the expense.
