Is anyone using the new Pharmacia/Hoefer DyNAQuant 200 fluorometer for DNA quantitation? Comments on the instrument? How does it perform compared to the TKO100? Can anyone help me out here? Thanks. Also, any comments on their capillary cuvette kits would be greatly appreciated.
