Hi all,
I just got some cDNA in the mail, and I want to use it for
transformations. The cDNA was dried on a piece of filter paper. I think I
saw here a posting about just this subject, but I can't find it.
Could someone post a method they use? I think that this news group
is archived somewhere, but I have not seen a FAQ for finding and searching
the archive.
Thanks,
JB
