Hi everybody,
I have heard many times that dextran sulfate could be replaced by PEG for
nucleic acid hybridization...It's time once again to buy Dextran and I
was wondering if anyone could comment on PEG. How efficient? Which PEG
actually? 400? 20000??
Any input would be greatly appreciated!
