cell energy metabolism and HPLC

Hello HPLC freaks !

Does anyone has a reference of a HPLC method for quantification of all 
relevant NTP,NDP, NMP and other energy metabolites from mammalian 
cells from one FN-biopsy sample ? What is the best method to harvest 
epithelial adherent cells to obtain a quite realistic cell energy 
status for further HPLC analysis ? What are alternative methods to 
quantify the cell energy status (except bioluminiscence) ?
