We've got an multispecific internal control that we've developed for rat cytokine and neurotrophic factors. It can be modified to introduce other priming sites. The construct is in pTZ with a T7 promoter for making RNA and has a polyA tail. The priming sites can be found in Pousset et al Mol. Brain Res. 38 (1996) 54-62. Let me know if you're interested in having the plasmid.
