I am using Clontech's site-directed mutagenesis kit to mutate a 4 kb gene. With the vector it is more than 8 kb. Has anybody tried it? They say people did it with a 14 kb construct. Does anybody know any tricks or can anybody suggest any other method? Benan Dincturk knben at ttacs.ttu.edu
