I want to screen a cDNA tobacco libray to look for a cytochrome c gene. Does anyone know of one that they have, or can spare a sample of? As this is a small transcript, when it was made, the cDNA purification step needs to have been through a low size column ie 300bp not 400 or 500 as this may hay lost the transcript. thanks Corinna
