I would like to do "dotblots" on glass or plastic (maybe polystyrene?) as has been described in several papers in the last few years. The protocols for attaching the DNA are not completely described and they seem very complicated. Can anyone suggest some complete cook-book protocols for attaching DNA to solid surfaces? Thanks
