Why are concentrated enzymes more stable?

Proteins in dilute solutions may bind to the walls of their bottle, this
process causes denaturation. Small amounts of proteolytic enzymes
obviously will cause more problems in dilute soutions. If you have to
store enzymes at low concentrations, simply add another protein which
does not interfere with your experiment (BSA is commonly used).
