Hi, I hae a problem with poly A preparation from long mRNAs. I have an about 20 times enrichment for GAPDH, but the longer about 6.5 kb mRNA is almost completely lost after purification. I use NEB oligodT- cellulose column for purification. Any tips? thanks, szagyo
