Hello to all protein chemistry scientists out there. I like to know if anyone has ever made their own histidine affinity resin for the purification of histidine-tag recombinant proteins. Or is it more convenient to buy the resin from the various companies that sell them. Suggestions and comments are welcome. Thanks! Rita
