I'd be interested in people's experience with the various hapten-binder combinations for nonrad detection in Southern's. Have people generally had more difficulty with the biotin-(strept)avidin (or Neutralite Avidin) than with the Dig/AntiDig or Fluorescein/AntiFluorescein formats?
