Hello: I am looking for information on a good internal control for studying mRNA expression in rice (Oryza sativa). We have heard that EF1a, actin 1, a member of the acitn gene family in rice, or 17S rRNA might be good candidates. Does anyone have experience with these or other genes as controls in studies of rice gene expression? Thanks, John Morlan SFSU
