Is there an alternative buffer for TdT other than cocodylate? I seem to remember that one could use a phosphate buffer around neutral pH. Mn for adding C ot G and Co for adding A or T? Also could someone tell me the reason why cocodylate buffer was used to do the tailing? What is so special about cocodylate? Thanks in advance. Tjames
