Linking an oligonucleotide to an antibody

I would like to get deoxyribonucleotides into cells in a mixed cell
population, using a monoclonal antibody to "target" the DNA to the
correct cell.

One way to do this is to prepare a mixed micelle of MAb and oligonu-
cleotide, called a immunoliposome.  Can anyone cite a reference for
such an approach?

How about including a nucleotide in the synthesis which would feature
a reactive group (and linker arm?) for direct chemical crosslinking of
the MAb with the modified oligo.  Does anyone have a reference for this
approach?
