Sequencing spacers should last many years--ask for a replacement from
Bio-Rad.
Alternatively, if you still have problems, ask to return the whole unit!
CBS Scientific makes spacers to fit all sequencers, if you want to keep the
unit and Bio-Rad won't supply fresh spacers.
