NH4Ac/EtOH ppt of DNA from PCR ?

Hi Adam,

it's quite easy to do precipitation that way:
Add 1/5 volume of 10 M Nh4OAc,
if DNA amount is smaller than 1 ug I prefer to add 0.5 ul glykogene (10
mg/ml),
brief vortex, add 2 to 3 volumes of 100% ethanol, vortex, incubate for 30'
or over
night at -20 degrees. Then spin 10', 14000, 4 degrees, discard
supernatant, wash
one or two times with 70% ethanol, air dry pellet or use speed vac,
resuspend pellet
in desired solvent (I prefer water). Thats it!!!
