Opinion poll: Clonetech Matchmaker libraries

Hmmmmmm, we used a Clontech adult mouse heart cDNA library last year and found 
most of our positive clones had rRNA sequence imbedded in them...go figure.

Other labs in our department have also had "strange" findings using Clontech
cDNA libraries...I don't have any direct experience with the Matchmaker system,
though.
