PALA only from NCI?

I would like to do some experiments with PALA (a drug for characterization of 
gene amplification in cell culture). As far as I have seen until now, this is 
available only at the Drug Synthesis Branch at the National Cancer Institute. 
Does anyone know a company selling this stuff? 
If not, does anyone have an adress (e-mail or classic) of the Drug Synthesis 
Branch?
