Hello all,

I wish to use actinomycin D to inhibit transcription in brain cells in vivo.
Does anyone know what is the maximum concentration that can be used without
killing the cell. Also, how long does it take before the drug enters the
cells and inhibit transcription? Is there another drug that is more
potent at inhibiting RNA synthesis than act. D? Any information would be
appreciated. Thanks.

-William
