Glycoprotein Detection

Two solutions:
Either probe with biotinylated lectins and Streptavidin-HRP
or
Oxidize with 10 mM sodium-meta-periodate, then incuabte
with biotin-hydrazide, then Streptavidin HRP.

If you want high sensitivity I would recommend using
a chemiluminescent substrate (SuperSignal from Pierce
would do nicely).
