Site directed mutagenesis kits -recommend?

I am planning to do a significant amount of in vitro site directed 
mutagenesis of multiple sites within a cDNA of interest and am wondering 
if anybody can suggest a good reliable kit to carry out this work.  I 
have hear of the Altered Sites system from Promega but don't know if its 
the best choice  - any advice?  thanks!
