Hi Folks, Does anyone know of an expression vector that has an affinity tag for the C-terminal end of the protein that they want to overexpress that is not 6XHis? I don't have a problem finding N-terminal tagged vectors but I think that this would seriously interfere with the DNA-binding ability of my protein. Thanks for your time, Jon Hobman
