Dear everybody:

I'd like to know about your experience with PCR-SSCP and several dyes like
SYBR, Silver Stain, etc.
Which one is better, P32, SYBR, Silver Stain or other?.  I've been doing
PCR-SSCP with P32, but I feel itchy about using radioactive things, so 
I'm thinking about changing my method.  Is there an advisable substitute 
for P32?.
