substractive libraries: suggestions ??

Hello everybody,


	I would like to know if someone could suggest me bulletproof
references/protocols/kits in order to make a subtractive library from a 
wild type and mutant yeast strain. I used differential display for a 
couple of months and I could isolate a clone that was differentially 
expressed in my two strains but I still don't like this method (you have 
to be very lucky to choose the right primer in 5')
