How to put a phosphate group on 3'OH of ssDNA?

Hello,
Question: how do I put a phosphate group on the 3'OH end of
single-stranded DNA? Either enzymatic (kinase) or chemical means would
be fine. I know about limited cleavage using Micrococcus Nuclease, which
results in a 3'phosphate group.
Thanks in advance.
