RNase Protection Assay hint..

Dear All,

I sent recently with regard to a problem one of our post-doc was having 
with her RPA running gel. The problem was that the lanes used to taper 
towards a point as the gel runs on. We found the source of the problem. 
The post-doc found out that the loading buffer was not compatible with 
the running buffer.

She even ran the loading buffer on its own and had the convergence 
problem. Now, she got a compatible set of loading buffer and running 
buffer and it works fine. If anybody had or has this problem please note 
this.
