Assembly software for many sequencings

Hi Netter

I am looking for an appropriate software program for assembly of much 
fragments of DNA sequencing.  I want to build up 40kb to 50kb contig(s) 
using shotgun-sequencing from cosmid vector(s).  The number of DNA 
fragments will be up to 150 to 300, each of which is an average of 450 
bp in size.
